Earlier this week, domestic diva Martha Stewart taped an episode of The Martha Stewart Show, dedicated entirely to the practice of yoga. During the show, which airs tomorrow, her guest Trudie Styler, a famed yogi and wife of musician Sting, leads the audience of 51yogis though an empowering Warrior workout. There’s also an overview of the different kinds of yoga.

When we entered 2009, we ran this fun survey and I thought it would be interesting to run it again this year and see how we are changing if at all. Below is the exact same survey as I ran last year, so lets run it again and then I will publish the results and compare them to last year. I think this will be pretty interesting, and I also want to see how these results change as we approach the new age (2012) and beyond.
