Just when I was bemoaning the lack of good adjustments in my recent yoga classes, here comes more bad news for adjustment lovers. Check out Elephant Journal’s story about a student suing a venerable Colorado yoga studio for a bad adjustment that he claims led to injury. I’ll be watching how this plays out, cause I have feeling adjustments are going to get harder and harder to come by in public classes.

If you’re having trouble burning fat, then try plyometric exercises. Because of the intensity of plyometrics (jump training), you will burn more fat and better sculpt your body.

Plyometric exercises not only burn more fat, they also improve your power, or speed strength (how fast your muscles can produce force).

Enlighten Up! Review

I finally got the chance to see Enlighten Up!, the yoga documentary I first told you about last spring. The DVD will be released November 10, so read my review to see if you’ll want to add it to your collection.

Weight loss is not so difficult problems as it is considered to be when you possess the right information, plan and determination. However, it is not simple to choose the necessary information and plan concerning the problem of fed up with the information.

Many people try to keep healthy weight of a body, despite their daily consecutive efforts to grow thin. Loss of weight of training and a diet in itself will not yield fast result of loss of weight or any result in general if you do not do it correctly.

First, make your loss of weight Plan simple and practical.
