

Filmed a little video for you this morning on how to take transformation contest photos. Here are a couple of my “before” photos for this contest. Bally was not being very co-operative!
Later I had a great workout.
1) Power Clean – 3×5
2A) Bench Press – 3×8 with 205 2B) Front Squat – 2×6
3A) Pullup – 38 reps in 5 sets 3B) Leg Curl – 2×12 3C) DB Neutral Grip Press – 70×3×10
