This television show is closely mirrored to 300 as well as Gladiator. You can say the actors were closely monitored by nutritionists as well as personal trainers, but how do you transform your body into one of a Spartan? As a stay at home dad you will be pressed for time. Whether your time is spent between children, household duties, or other responsibilities, you may not have time to exercise. As a former corporate leader, I would walk anywhere between 10-15 miles within the span of the day. I prided myself in being physically active in the work environment.
