Just a quick workout update.

Messed my shoulder up a little bit (strained teres minor and infraspinatus) doing some weird bodyweight stuff on Sunday, so no upper body today.

Today I did…

1) Jumps – 3×6

2) Squats – 3×5, 1×8, 1×12

3) Good Morning – 1×12

4) Back Extensions – 3×15

And I filmed this for you yesterday…
