My husband and I were talking about why our fat loss seems to be stubbornly ignoring our calorie and carb restriction in our latest bid to shed the holiday and winter weight before the summer is upon us.  And with April being close, we dont have much more time. Our stomachs have definitely shrunk along with our hunger levels because we no longer can pile in as much food at one sitting, so this is a good sign.
